Tip 10 – Staying with feelings

At some point in the journey of cutting down on comfort eating, you may need to do something with the feelings that make you want to eat in the first place. In this video I talk about how you can start to manage how you feel, by staying with feelings in your body.

Tip 11 – How to recognise emotional eating.

This week I’ll be talking about different emotions and experiences that can trigger comfort eating. So, today, I’ll share with you an exercise that will help you identify emotional eating.
